Hotel residence rates are available during September 2015 to April 2016. To qualify for residency a guest must be staying a minimum of 30 days and complete an application form approved by YWCA staff.

- Double rooms (1 double bed)
- Semi-private bath, with TV (1 person) $990
- Private bath, with TV (1 person) - $1,380
- Private bath, with TV (2 persons) - $1,470
- Double/Double rooms (2 double beds)
- Private bath, with television (2 persons) - $1,680
*Taxes apply to all stays of less than 30 days. The tax rate is 11.5%.
NOTE: No Monthly Rates available from June to August each year.
Kitchens and television lounges. Please supply your own utensils, pots and dishes for kitchen.
Coin laundry facilities available.
Wifi is available throughout the hotel at the extra cost of $33 per 30 days (including all taxes).
Unlimited use of the Fitness Centre for a monthly fee (15 minutes walking distance).
Centrally located near downtown schools and colleges, with convenient bus and rapid transit access to universities.
Reservations will only be held with a non-refundable application fee: a $190.00 application fee is required for each foreign resident and $190 fee for each additional resident in a shared room. A $90.00 application fee is required for each Canadian resident. Residents will be asked to show their passports or proof of Canadian residency at check-in. Each month's payment is due in advance.
Residency can start on any day of the month, subject to availability.
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DIRECT DEBIT accepted. Sorry, we do not accept personal cheques.
To qualify for these rates, you must apply for residency by submitting our online application form or completing and returning the application below by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to 604 681 2550.
You will be notified of the status of your application by email or fax within 5 working days of receipt of your application.
Residency is limited to 3 months only unless you are enrolled in a course of study.
Room tax will not apply on all stays of 30 days or more. Each month’s cost is payable in advance.
