Danielle completed her first half ironman at the age of 18. Soon after, she realized her passion for the fitness industry and started her journey in personal training.
Understanding the importance of nutrition in training, she has also studied the physiological effects of foods and their impact on quality of sleep, workout recovery, mood, skin and bowel health. Danielle can provide helpful tips, tools, and tracking methods on the foods that can support your metabolic health.
