A music-driven rebounding based practice of physical conditioning. You’ll work your entire body through a fusion of cardio trampoline, plyometrics, Pilates and Yoga movements. This high intensity, low impact workout will challenge your legs, butt, and core to help you build a strong, lean, and resilient body!
