Individual and semi-private sessions are available in our beautiful Pilates Studio, located on the 4th floor at the YWCA. Using the STOTT Reformer, Tower and/or Stability Chair, you will get a personalized workout by our certified Pilates instructors. Starting at $60 per session for members, $66 per session for non-members.
Create your own duet with a friend or training buddy. This personalized program for two allows you to train on the Pilates equipment at your preferred time and at a reduced private rate in the Pilates Studio on the 4th floor. Duet participants will work at the same level and be taught at beginner to advanced level depending on skill set. The STOTT Reformer, Tower and/or Stability Chair will be utilized in the program.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training sessions on STOTT reformers are held in the fitness studio. With up to 4 people in a group, you will still receive personal attention while sharing the workout experience.
