Small Group Training

Small group training sessions on STOTT reformers are held in the fitness studio.  With up to 4 people in a group, you will still receive personal attention while sharing the workout experience.  Group training is scheduled in 6-7 week sessions with 3 progressive levels. Intro Level 

Take your training to the next level and try this introductory reformer program! It’s for anyone that wants improve their strength, balance, and flexibility.  You’ll learn the level 1 reformer exercises as well as the principles of Pilates and how to apply them while moving through the workout. Prior experience is not needed!

Intro / Level 1 Mixed 

This class is suitable for students with limited Pilates experience and/or need to work at an easier level or slower pace. Students repeating this level and who are ready will be given more challenging versions of the exercises, as appropriate. The class will cover some basics of Pilates breathing and Core engagement (as needed) and apply this to working on the Reformer with Spring loads. We will work through the classic repertoire of Beginner Pilates exercises, while strengthening and stretching the whole body. Students will leave each class feeling great. Get long, lean, and strong!

REFORMER LEVEL 2 

This program will focus on classic Pilates exercises and variations from Level 1, 2, and 3 (if appropriate). We may also incorporate small equipment, props, and mat exercises. The class will run at a faster pace to challenge your body and mind as we strengthen and lengthen every muscle. Prerequisites: Pilates Reformer Level 1
