Dylan is a Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology Certified Personal Trainer and active outdoor enthusiast. 

Dylan uses his knowledge of Kinesiology, FMS, sport specific training and certifications from the best fitness professionals in the industry to provide clients with a well-rounded approach to get results.  Being motivated and results driven has brought him and his clients to where they are today.

  • Member: $60 / hour
  • Non-member: $66 / hour

  • Tabata, Mondays at 2:15pm 
  • HIIT Xpress, Mondays at 4:45pm
  • Tabata, Wednesdays at 4:40pm
  • Tabata Plus, Thursdays at 12:15pm
  • Boot Camp, Fridays at 1:15pm
