Rates

  • Member: $66 / hour, $37 / 30-minute session
  • Non-Member: $72 / hour, $42 / 30-minute session
  • Availability: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11:00am - 7:00pm
  • Partner, and package rates are also available. Please enquire.

Jody's start-up package

  • Member: $349  / 1.5 hour assessment + 3 sessions
  • Non-member: $375 / 1.5 hour assessment + 3 sessions 

Drop-in Classes

  • Restorative Stretch, Tuesdays at 1:15pm
