Josh Clark

Josh became interested in fitness training and wellness as a direct result of a back injury suffered while working construction. It was during the recovery and rehab process that he discovered the importance of balanced core strengthening and stability exercises.

Adhering to these principles has enabled his back to heal completely. Josh is dedicated to assisting his clients to achieve strong, balanced bodies leading to more enjoyable and healthy lifestyles.

Rates

  • Member: $75 / hour
  • Non-member: $81 / hour
  • Group rates of 2 or 3 people are also available. Please enquire. 

Drop-in Classes

  • Boot Camp, Tuesdays at 1:15pm 
  • Boot Camp, Tuesdays at 5:15pm
