Leslie supports her clients through positive one-on-one guidance and encouragement and she designs tailored fitness programs to specifically meet their needs.

Leslie is a strong advocate for prevention and longevity and she encourages clients to implement changes in their daily lives that enable them to achieve their health and fitness goals. A four thousand mile ride across the continent on her bicycle is just one of the many fitness adventures Leslie has accomplished. Having once been obese herself, she knows exactly what it takes to transform one’s body through a healthy and active lifestyle.
