Volunteer Description

YWCA Health + Fitness is looking for Fitness Floor Volunteers to join our busy team.

Duties include:

  • Help create a welcoming member experience
  • Tidy and organize fitness equipment
  • Help with small equipment tasks (ex/ inflating exercise balls)

Prerequisites 

  • Current CPR-A/AED certification
  • A valid Criminal Record Check will be required prior to starting

Volunteer perks 

  • Complimentary membership with towel service 
  • Annual CPR & First Aid re-certification training 
  • KickStart Conference and additional training events each year for BCRPA renewal credits 

Commitment

  • 2 hour weekly shift
  • 6-month commitment requested
