PLEASE NOTE: Residency is only available during the months of September through May. Daily Rates only are available from June through August. An application fee is required with your application form: A $220 application fee is required for a foreign resident and $220 fee for each additional resident in a shared room. A $90 application fee is required for each Canadian resident and each additional resident in a shared room. This can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Certified Cheque or Money Order. Residents will be asked to show their passports or proof of Canadian residency at checkin. This fee is due with the application form. No applications will be considered and no rooms held until the fee has been received. THIS FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE IF YOUR APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED. This fee is not included in the monthly rates quoted.

Your reservation will be confirmed for the dates you indicate. All changes must be requested in advance. If you fail to arrive on the date confirmed, your entire reservation will be CANCELLED.

Payment

Monthly rates are subject to availability at the time of your application. Monthly rates are available from September 1st to May 31st only each year. One month's rent must be paid at checkin at the YWCA Hotel. Checkout time is 11:00 am. Failure to vacate your room prior to 11:00 am will result in extra charges.

When you have completed this form, please click SUBMIT below. We will check availability at that time. Your application fee is required with your application.
