Who Can Stay at the YWCA Hotel? 

The YWCA Hotel in downtown Vancouver welcomes ALL travellers - women, men, families and groups. You do not need a YWCA or YMCA membership to stay with us. 

Check-In/Check-Out and Reservation Policy 

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. 

Upon check-in, guests are required to have their own valid credit card and ID, for security deposit and incidentals.

Guests must be 19 years of age or older to reserve a room.

VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DIRECT DEBIT are accepted for payment at time of check in. 

All rates are subject to 21% taxes and fees. This rate is subject to change as per government regulations.

Early Check-In Requests 

If you arrive early, we'll do our best to check you in if your room is ready. If not, we’re happy to securely store your luggage while you explore the city! 

Late Arrivals

We will hold the room for you all night even for late arrivals.

Baggage Storage 

We offer complimentary luggage storage for our guests before check-in or after check-out on the same day. 

Please note that overnight storage for bags is not available if you are not a hotel guest. 

Parking 

Limited parking is available for hotel guests on a first-come, first-served basis in our secure underground lot for $25.00 (including tax) per night. There is also plenty of paid parking nearby. 

We also offer free, secure and safe bike parking in our underground area for hotel guests. 

Internet Access 

Enjoy complimentary wireless internet in all guest rooms and common areas. 

Pets 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at the YWCA Hotel at this time. 

Cancellation Policy 

Unless otherwise noted*, all reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your arrival to avoid a fee equal to one night's room rate plus tax. 

*Reservations during December 6-9, 2024: we will be processing a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking equivalent to the full amount of the stay, inclusive of taxes, to guarantee your reservation for stay dates between between December 6-9, 2024, only. Please note that promotion codes cannot be applied to reservations during this blackout period.

**Reservations during July 1-7, 2025: we will be processing a non-refundable deposit on January 6, 2025, equivalent to the full amount of the stay, inclusive of taxes, to guarantee your reservation for stay dates between July 1-7, 2025, only.
