*Residences are only available from September to May. Currently only taking applications for October 2024 onwards.

Conveniently located on 733 Beatty Street across from BC Place Stadium, YWCA Hotel Vancouver is steps away from major bus routes and Sky Train station. Vancouver Public Library is a block away and dining options, cafes, shopping, banking, groceries are all within walking distance.

Rent our rooms now for 30 days or more, no annual lease. 

• Residency can start on any day of the month, subject to availability.
• Residency is limited to 3 months only unless you are enrolled in a course of study.
• Room tax will not apply on all stays of 30 days or more. Each month’s cost is payable in advance.

• Local calls are free using the in-room telephone.
• Free and safe bike parking are also available located within our underground parking area. 
• There are secured underground parking spots available for rent.
• We are near downtown schools and colleges, with convenient bus and rapid transit access to universities. 
• YWCA Health + Fitness Centre is available for a nominal fee (15 minutes away walking distance).
