Rent our rooms now, starting any day, no annual lease. To qualify for residency a guest must be staying a minimum of 30 days and complete an application form approved by YWCA staff.

Applying for YWCA Hotel Residence/ Extended stays

NOTE: No monthly rates from June to August each year, only daily rates available.

  • To qualify for these rates, you must apply for residency online or by completing and returning the application form (pdf | word doc).

  • Residency can start on any day of the month, subject to availability.

  • Residency is limited to 3 months only unless you are enrolled in a course of study.

  • Room tax will not apply on all stays of 30 days or more. Each month’s cost is payable in advance.

  • Reservations will only be held with a non-refundable application fee: a $220.00 fee is required for each foreign resident and $220.00 fee for each additional resident in a shared room. A $90.00 application fee is required for each Canadian resident.  Residents will be asked to show their passports or proof of Canadian residency at check-in. This can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Applications will not be considered and rooms will not be held until the fee has been received. If your application is not approved, the fee will be refunded to you. If your application is approved the fee is non-refundable. This fee is not included in the monthly rates quoted.

  • VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DIRECT DEBIT accepted for guest room payment. Sorry, we do not accept personal cheques.
