As a trainer with over 25 years experience, Carl understands the importance of physical and mental health.
With many long-term clients, he has completed over 30,000 personal training sessions. He has worked with young people, older retirees, athletes, people new to exercise and people with disabilities and/or special needs. His training sessions focus on functional strength and can be designed for specific sports or hobbies. Carl welcomes everyone with an open mind and accepts all challenges.
Being active and fit is a very important part of Carl's personal life. With two very active boys, he believes in modelling a healthy lifestyle for his family.
