Whether you're looking for weight loss, greater flexibility or increased strength, we have the space and equipment that will motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. 

Pool Area

Swimming is a low-impact way to burn calories and improve your strength. Our 25-meter UV-purified pool at the Health + Fitness Centre has shared lanes for length swimming and one multi-purpose lane. A hot tub and steam room are also available in the pool area. 

For your health and safety, please review our pool rules. Note: pool area closes for two weeks for annual maintenance and cleaning. Members are notified in advance.

Weight and Cardio Room

Choose from top-of-the-line cardio machines, free weights, functional training and selectorized weight equipment in our cardio and weight areas. 

 

Women's Studio

Women's Studio

We have a dedicated studio for individuals who identify as a female to enjoy their workout in. This safe and inclusive space has free weights, functional training and selectorized weight equipment. Please note that the YWCA Health + Fitness Centre respects everyone’s right to choose the workout area that corresponds with their gender identity.

HIIT class

Studio One

This studio has strength/cardio conditioning classes and dance exercise classes. There's something for everyone! All fitness levels are welcome. Check out our class schedule for details. Additionally, bring your friends as we have one pickleball court available in this studio to book for play! 

Yoga

This studio has Pilates, yoga, and stretch classes. There's something for everyone! All fitness levels are welcome. Check out our class schedule for details.
