Facilities

Whether you're looking for weight loss, greater flexibility or increased strength, we have the space and equipment that will motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. 

Pool

Swimming is a low-impact way to burn calories and improve your strength. Our 25-meter UV-purified pool at the Health + Fitness Centre has shared lanes for length swimming and one multi-purpose lane. A hot tub and steam room are also available in the pool area. 

For your health and safety, please review our pool rules. Note: there is an annual pool closure period of two weeks for cleaning and maintenance.

Gym

Choose from top-of-the-line cardio machines, free weights, functional training and selectorized weight equipment in our cardio and weight areas. 

 

Fitness Classes

Access a variety of group fitness classes in our two spacious studios at the Health + Fitness Centre. There's something for everyone! All fitness levels are welcome. Check out our class schedule for details.

Pickleball Court

Pickleball

Pickleball is a fun racquet sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. We have one court available to book for play in Studio One at YWCA Health + Fitness Centre during select times.
