Body Composition Assessment

We offer a body composition assessment with the InBody 570 analyzer. Our expert staff will guide you through the InBody test and explain the results in detail, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of your body composition. The InBody test is fast and accurate, taking less than 15 minutes! You'll simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes to test. Using only impedance, it measures fat, muscle, intracellular water, and extracellular water. Armed with this knowledge, you'll be able to optimize your training regimen for your unique body, achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness. Learn more about why you need to know your body composition. All InBody sessions must be pre-paid in full.

Important: Follow the InBody Protocol before you test

Appointments are available Tuesday, Friday and Saturday mornings
