“Change happens through movement, and movement heals” - Joseph Pilates

A former competitive swimmer, Sara has had a long history with movement and training. She was first introduced to Pilates at the age of 15, as a cross training modality. She has been incorporating the use of breath and the mind-muscle connection in her own fitness routine ever since.

Sara began her journey in teaching group fitness in 2018 with Barre. In 2022, she decided to expand her offerings and began Stott Pilates Reformer training. She chose Stott Pilates as they are industry leaders, internationally recognized, and Canadian! In Stott we focus heavily on anatomy, your unique alignment/movement patterns and the 6 alignment principles designed by Joseph Pilates. Sara's goal is to help all her clients feel the difference that consistent and intentional movement can make. Adding Pilates to your routine is truly a game changer. Improved balance, core strength and mobility are just a few to mention. Whether you have previous experience in movement or not, Pilates is for everyone. You will become addicted to feeling amazing in your body!
