FITNESS ORIENTATIONS | FOR MEMBERS ONLY
Make the most of your time at our facility! During these 15-20 minute free orientations a member of our fitness team will guide you through the basics of how to use the cardio and strength machines, plus general facility etiquette, to help you feel more confident and comfortable on the fitness floor.

Orientations are available Tuesdays at 4:30PM and Saturdays at 1:30PM.
