Catherine King BHK, MSc., CSCS*D (she/her)


Catherine has worked in the fitness industry since 2003. She is a practicing Kinesiologist, as well as being double certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Certified Personal Trainer with distinction.

She has a Mater of Science degree in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC. In 2024 and 2020, Impact magazine named Catherine as one of the Top Fitness Trainers in Canada. She has extensive experience working with general population (8 to 98 years old), as well as in university high performance.
