Impact magazine named Catherine as one of the Top Fitness Trainers in Canada for 2020. Having worked in the fitness industry since 2003, she recognizes that health and fitness is a lifelong pursuit.

Catherine is double certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Certified Personal Trainer. She has a Master of Science degree in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC. Catherine is also a practicing Kinesiologist with experience in general population personal training and university high performance.
