Josh became interested in fitness training and wellness as a result of a back injury suffered while working construction. It was during his recovery and rehab process that Josh discovered the importance of balanced core strengthening and stability exercises.
Adhering to these principles has enabled his back to heal completely. Josh is dedicated to supporting his clients to achieve strong, balanced bodies, leading to more enjoyable and healthy lifestyles.
