Working with a variety of clients for 15 years as a Personal Trainer has reinforced to Josh how important an upright, athletic posture, core supported movement and correct breathing techniques are to a longer, better quality of life. He applies these principles with your fitness goals in mind achieving upbeat, non-judgemental and a client focused fun environment each and every session.
