As per the new provincial health order to halt all indoor group classes from March 29 at midnight to April 19, we will be suspending our classes accordingly, including small group reformer sessions. Pool and gym access, as well as personal training, will continue as usual.
During this time you can join us online through Fit on Demand for all your favourite classes on the schedule. This week you can look forward to live-streaming classes for Johanna's Barre Lite, Strength & Stretch, and Jill's Pilates Mat - stay tuned for more details to be posted on Member Alerts.
We’ve been through this temporary restriction before (more than once!) so we’ll get through it again. As soon as we’re able to resume classes safely, we’ll do so swiftly. Thank you for holding on with us through this pandemic rollercoaster.
