Beginner Adult Ballet

Perfect for brand new dancers or those returning after time away. Focus on foundational technique, terminology, posture, and building confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

A gentle, structured introduction that sets dancers up for success in Level 2.

Socks or ballet slippers recommended.

Elementary Adult Ballet

For adults building on Level 1 and ready to expand their movement vocabulary and coordination. 

Prerequisite: 1-2 years of recent ballet training as an adult.

New students assessed by Suzy before joining.

Get Fit

Intermediate Adult Ballet

For adults with a strong foundation in ballet who are ready for quicker pacing, more complex sequences, and small combinations.

Targeted strength and technique for dancers preparing for pointe, or wanting to deepen foundational strength. Pointe shoes not required (but welcome once approved by Suzy)
