Fitness Coaching

Not sure where to begin in your workout journey? Our coaches are BCRPA-registered and will provide you with proper equipment use and facility etiquette. All new members receive a complimentary fitness coaching session. Book yours at Member Services 604 895 5777 and come in your workout gear!

Fit IN 20

We know that showing up is half the battle so we want to set you up for success from the start. Fit IN 20 is simple - get in 20 workouts at the YWCA Health + Fitness Centre in your first 60 days as a member. When you complete the program, you’ll receive a free personal training session valued at $65!

Member Challenge

Look out for our fitness challenge every season. We offer up to 4 a year with lots of prizes and rewards. A little competition can help spike your motivation and commitment, plus our challenges are so much fun!

Workout with a Friend 

Improve your chance of sustaining a workout routine by inviting a friend or family member to join you. The last Friday of every month is Friendly Friday, where members can bring a guest for free. Members can also bring their guests anytime at a preferred drop-in rate of $8.50 per visit.

Fit Rewards

Refer a friend or family member and receive 20 fitness dollars! You can use these dollars towards personal training, registered programs, towel/tote service - almost anything at the Health + Fitness Centre. Spend it as you go or save them up for a big purchase. Check in with Member Services for details 604 895 5777.
