Gentle yoga is for anyone who would like a slower paced, stress reducing yoga class. The yoga poses will be gentle and restorative; mostly floor work with focused breathing and longer held postures to open and energize your body. All levels welcome. This class is held in the yoga studio at the YWCA Fitness + Racquet Club. Please note that stairs are required for facility access.
