Heart-centered Hatha with Singing Bowls & Chocolate

Join us for an evening of movement, sound, and flavor—a holistic experience for body, mind, and soul.

In partnership with Wisely Wellness, chocolate samples will be given out before the class to enhance this sensory journey through a candlelit heart-centered gentle Hatha yoga session combined with the soothing vibrations of singing bowls.

Every participant will receive a goody bag and be entered to win a special prize!
