YWCA Swim Level 1 | Learn Trial Class

Do you want to improve your swimming but didn't know where to start? Unsure of your swimming abilities? Have a fear of the water? In this trial class, you'll work closely with a swim instructor to explore water management skills as well as gain a level of water comfort and confidence through swim progressions. This explorative class will offer you a positive experience and give you the confidence you'll need to float, glide, and self-rescue in the water. This class is designed for beginner swimmers and is a preview of our YWCA Swim Level 1 | Learn program.

YWCA Flip Turn Clinic

Learn how to be more efficient and faster of the walls during your swim! In this clinic, you'll learn how to do open and flip turns with coached technical progressions to learn these techniques. Drills will be incorporated for you to practice this new skill.

Come out and sample our YWCA Swim Combo Level 2/3 | Develop & Complete program! 

Three lanes are reserved for this program. Lesson plans are provided for each level. Participate in group activities and use a variety of equipment. Improve your swimming efficiency and skills.

This is an informative in water clinic that will incorporate drills for practicing the fundamentals of water confidence with a goal of learning the foundations for treading water.

YWCA Speed Clinic

This clinic is designed to increase your swim speed. Taught by a former National Water Polo player, participants will learn various innovative drills to maximize streamline and overall speed for swim training. This is a one hour coached swim workout.
