Jenna has her Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree and works as a Practicing Kinesiologist. She primarily works in Occupational Rehabilitation with injured workers to restore their strength, range of motion, and overall function. She also has her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate and teaches multiple yoga classes weekly. Jenna can help you find balance between strength and flexibility. Her goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and live longer. She enjoys skiing and biking. Join Jenna for a fun and dynamic workout!
