Pilates Reformer
The Reformer adds a whole new level of training, improving your strength, balance and flexibility. On the Reformer you can practice Pilates with progressive resistance. You’ll feel the difference in your core, posture, balance and breathing.

PRIVATE
Individual sessions are available in our Health Services room, located on the 3rd floor at Health + Fitness. Using the STOTT Reformer, Tower and/or Stability Chair, you will get a personalized workout by our certified Pilates instructors.
DUET
This personalized session for two allows you to train on the Pilates equipment at your preferred time and at a reduced private rate. Duet participants will work at the same level.

The Pilates Reformer on the fitness floor is a specialized piece of equipment that adds a whole new level of training to improve your strength, balance and flexibility. Practice Pilates with progressive resistance and promote core engagement, mindful movement and body awareness.
Rules of Use
- This equipment can only be used by members with this add-on.
- Sessions are 30 minutes and must be booked in advance.
- Book up to 7 days in advance and 1 minute beforehand on our mobile app, member portal or with Member Services.
- Members must have previous Pilates Reformer experience to be eligible for this add-on and sign a terms of use agreement upon registration.
