YWCA Crabtree Corner is a welcoming community and resource centre in the Downtown Eastside for women and families. We are currently accepting donations of women’s, men’s and children’s clothing of all sizes.
Clothing types needed are:
• Sweaters
• Winter jackets/raincoats
• Socks (NEW ONLY)
• Toques
• Gloves/mittens
• Seasonal shoes/boots
Requirements:
• All clothing should be:
▪ new or gently used
▪ of quality and current
▪ clean and freshly laundered
▪ in good condition (no stains, rips, pilling, missing buttons, etc.)
Fall/winter attire only. Limit of 5 items per person. Clothing may be respectfully declined if requirements are not met or fulfilled.
Drop off clothing by the bin at the turnstiles by October 31, 2025.
If you would like to support YWCA in a different way, donation inquiries can be made to donations@ywcavan.org. Donations are eligible for a tax receipt if the items are new and a sales receipt is provided. There is also a TipTap at Member Services for your convenience.
