Donate Goods
If you have new, sealed items to donate, please contact us at donations@ywcavan.org or 604 895 5850 to determine where to deliver the item.
Your in-kind donations are eligible for a tax receipt if the items are new, and a sales receipt is provided. Please refer to CRA guidelines for more details.
Due to health and safety considerations, we are unable to accept most used items.
Always needed items:
- Full-size shampoo & conditioners
- Soap & body wash
- Tooth brushes & tooth paste
- Deodorant
- Women's underwear
- Socks in various sizes
- Baby wipes
- Combs & brushes
- Hair products
- Feminine hygiene products
- Band-aids
- Gently used & freshly laundered Youth & Adult Sized Clothing
Currently needed items:
- Diapers size 3, 4, 5 & 6
- Pull ups - big sizes
- Formula (Enfamil A+ Neuro Pro)
- Laundry Detergent (hypoallergenic preferred)
- Toilet paper
- Garbage bags of all sizes
