An empowering space for self-identifying women who have experienced violence. 

Connect with others and explore healthy coping strategies.

Attend any of these sessions, from September to November 2023, 10:30am to 12pm.

 

  • Sept 12th – Self-Esteem with Mabel (ONLINE ONLY) - Rebuilding a love of one’s self - the journey to healthy self esteem 
  • Sept 26 – Creative Expression with Marissa: Squishing, imprinting and folding clay in satisfying ways
  • Oct 10 – Creating Healty Boundaries with Mabel - Creating, implementing and being aware of boundaries
  • Oct 24 – Creative Expression with Marissa - Bilateral drawing is scribbling with both hands to feel grounded, find flow and soothe the nervous system
  • Nov 14 – Stress Management with Mabel - What is stress? Knowing the signs and simple techniques to help
  • Nov 28 – Creative Expression with Marissa – Simple weaving with yarn
