True Financial Literacy for Women
True Financial Literacy For Women (TFL) is a specialized financial literacy program led by Mariska Reinerink, a holistic money wellness coach and financial planner. This program offers practical and insightful financial lessons that extend beyond basic budgeting, helping participants understand and improve their relationship with money.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
- Self-paced program with short online videos and practice materials accessible anytime
- Practical lessons designed to build confidence and control over financial decisions
- Free for all YWCA Metro Vancouver program participants and YWCA Housing residents
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
To access the program for free, you must be:
- A current participant in a YWCA Metro Vancouver program (including Single Mothers' programs or any YWCA Employment program)
- A current YWCA Housing resident
- A recent graduate of a YWCA Metro Vancouver program (after June 2022)
- An employee of YWCA Metro Vancouver
Until May 2025, all participants who register are eligible to:
- Attend a live Zoom workshop to discuss relevant financial topics
- Register for a one-to-one private session with Mariska
