The IT Training and Implementation Specialist plays a key role in managing software implementation, security policy administration, and user adoption of technology solutions across the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing Microsoft 365 security policy management, configuring SharePoint for document collaboration, and utilizing Power Automate to develop automated back-office systems that improve operational efficiency.
Strong communication and teamwork acumen. Capacity to negotiate contracts, software licenses, and service agreements with vendors while balancing budget constraints and organizational needs. Ability to work with cross-functional teams, gather user requirements, training and facilitation and align IT solutions with organizational goals.
Contributes interpersonal skills and problem-solving experience to support the organization's IT needs. 3-5 years in system implementation and/or business analysis is necessary.
What you’ll be doing:

Lead Software Implementation Projects namely overseeing the implementation of new software systems.

Evaluate and Recommend Software Solutions by assessing emerging technologies and recommend software tools to improve business processes.

Develop & Implement SharePoint and other Systems Solutions to include designing and manage SharePoint sites for document management, collaboration, and workflow automation.

Automate back-office workflows using Power Automate.

Manage Microsoft 365 Security Policies & Compliance.

Administer Microsoft 365 and SharePoint user roles, permissions, and access controls.

Design and create comprehensive training programs, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning, to support system implementations and user adoption

Collaborate with external vendors for outsourced system implementations

Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as learning management systems (LMS), and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Communication skills, able to effectively communicate to front-line staff and senior leaders.

Proficiency in various project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion.
