Reflections and Connections

YWCA Reflections and Connections is an 8 week online support and information group for all self-identified women who have previously experienced abuse in an intimate relationship.

The group runs weekly on Tuesdays, from 11am to 1pm, starting March 9. The group meets over Zoom.

Participants receive:
- A safe and supportive place to share their experiences and learn with each other
- Ongoing individual support during and after group sessions
- A grocery voucher
- A certificate of completion

Eligibility Criteria:
Due to safety concerns and limitations of using an online platform for this group, participants must:
- Not currently be in an abusive relationship
- Have a private room to participate in the group where they will not be overheard or disturbed
- Sign a consent form and program agreement
