Isolation, financial instability and reduced access to support services have left women facing tougher barriers to leaving.  

The YWCA is shining a light on the rise in intimate-partner violence - the ‘shadow pandemic’ during COVID-19 - and raising essential funds for safe and affordable housing for women and children.
