YWCA TechLink offers free, friendly tech support over the phone and virtually for anyone in Metro Vancouver. Staffed by people with tech expertise who are looking to build their Canadian work experience, TechLink will help you with general IT and tech-related queries, like: 

  • Setting up devices 

  • Making video calls 

  • Setting up email accounts 

  • Accessing government services (limited details so as to not expose personal details such as passwords) 

  • Accessing the internet and more
