  • Connecting Families: The Government of Canada’s Connecting Families initiative, in partnership with Internet service providers (ISPs), helps eligible low-income Canadian families get home Internet services for $10 per month. More information on this Government Program here

  • Vancouver Community Network: Offers assistance to solve different issues, including hardware or software computer related, cell phones and any kind of devices. Other services: Free Internet Access, Free Web Page Hosting, Free Computer Help – Technical Help Desk, and Referrals for Used Computers.   • Tech Café, UBC Learning Exchange: Get your tech questions answered in peer-led online drop-in sessions. Learn how to use Android, iPhone, tablets, iPads, laptops, email, and social media, or ask other questions about personal technologies. Contact: 778-907-2071.
