YWCA Engage Mentorship Hub
The Engage Mentorship Hub is a resource for YWCA Employment Program alumni to connect with mentors from a variety of industries, to expand their professional network, access knowledge & guidance, and learn about career paths and employment opportunities.
- Ongoing opportunities to connect mentors, employers, and program participants
- Activities can include: guest speakers, skills training sessions, Informational Meetings to find out more about a company or industry, employer hiring events, workplace tours, conversation circles, mock interviews and networking practice with mentors.
- Mentorship activities and events are offered either face to face or virtually, including group based and individually.
The Engage Mentorship Hub focuses on micro-mentorship activities and requires a short-term commitment for both mentors and mentees, allowing for flexibility and multiple opportunities to participate in mentorship activities.
