PARTICIPANT STORIES

Employer Guide

As part of our commitment to facilitating connections between talented individuals and prospective employers like you, we created the Employer Guide.

The guide bridges the gap between employers and their workforce by giving tangible examples of students who have thrived through the YWCA Skills for Success Manufacturing program, illustrating the vital connection between employer and employee perspectives. It also serves as a practical resource for employers to pinpoint and support employees' skill strengths, which fosters communities of practice through teamwork, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion. Additionally, the guide provides insights into equitable hiring practices and strategies to enhance diversity within organizations.
